A miniature of Isabella's quilt for her American Girl doll.  It is as close to 1/6 scale and identical as I could manage.

The quilters quilts are usually the last to get done but these are a gift so I made an exception this holiday weekend!

Most quilters will tell you that a quilt tells them how it wants to be quilted.  That works for me too but this one was just staying mute!  I finally realized that I was trying to force a design on it.  When I just stopped and listened to it, it had an idea all its own!

Anticipating fall with this Pineapple Pinwheel lap quilt.  This quilt is for a class at Aunt Nells.  We won't have a date until we can open the classroom but we are making plans for how we can teach classes in a socially distanced way.  The class size will be much smaller so we will teach each one as many times as needed for everyone to attend.
